It’s my first time here, but I love the concept. Italian dishes served as fast food, and even when I got there with low expectations about the quality of the food, I was pleasantly surprised. The food is really good, and it was served hot and fast. The customer service is good too, since it was my first time eating here, the girl who took my order at the register explained the dishes and customized my order. Definitely recommended

Tonight we ordered through the drive thru to take home and eat for my 2 year old daughter and I. I checked my food while still in the drive thru end it was incorrect. The worker took care of it immediately and gave me my correct food. We get home to eat dinner my daughter grabs her own breadstick while I am setting everything else out on the table. I hear her start coughing and I look over and she is red in the face And is clearly choking. I ended up having to hit her back to dislodge the breadstick. She intern puked everywhere after catching her breath. I felt of the breadsticks all of them in our bag were hard as a rock. Honestly I feel like they could have broken a tooth. My daughter now hysterically crying because she was so scared of choking on this hard breadstick. I call to speak to the manager who in return started talking about me to the other person there while I could still see hear her. She said these kind of things happen with the breadsticks. I said where someone has to give their kid life-saving measures after eating your food then that is a real problem. She intern told me she can only refund me for the breadsticks. When either myself or my daughter are able to eat our food because we just had a traumatic thing happened to us. She offered Meal cards But we will not be returning as I do not want to risk my child’s life over eating at this establishment

Tina at Fazolis in Shepherdsville was absolutely amazing. Hustling back and fourth to bring food to a school bus full of kids. i told her my food was kinda cold and she offered to take it to the back and see what she could do, she brought back a refund in dollar bills and i couldn’t have been more satisfied with a employee.

My fiancé went to get me his very already upset significant other a baked spaghetti and they closed 7 minutes earlier then 10 o clock! I called because he said they were just looking at him thru the drive thru refusing to answer the speaker, a lady either becky or betsy said well im sorry ma’am, very rude tone, i didnt hear anybody at my speaker and we are already closed. When I say we always spend at least 40 dollars here, AND I KNOW OTHER WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES THAT WORK HERE, ITS JUST A SHAME I KNOW I WOULD LOVE TO CLOSE DOWN MY WORK EARLY TOO BUT THATS NOT how it works! What a horrible end to my night!!!
