Had a bad experience with one of the employees being very condescending with me but GM addressed & resolved the issue a couple weeks back. Wasn’t very happy at first but I get that stuff happens sometimes and that people have bad days which is why I’m bumping the review to 3 stars. I’ll be back, I hope my next experience are as good as these reviews say they are. I’m a frequent customer to Jersey Mikes.

So I love Jersey Mikes, I go all over the place and have visited many around the North Houston area. This review I’m doing is specifically for the Huntsville store. Normally the people that work here are super happy and excited to be at work. This just shows that not all Jersey mikes are the same. Not a great experience at this store. I will not come back.

Good food but exorbitant prices. The upcharge for fresh cut deli meat is insane. A turkey sandwich and an Italian with extra meat on each came out to $53. No drinks, no chips, just the sandwiches. It’s a good sandwich, but not that good.

What kinda professional business doesn’t have restroom doors that STAY locked when another person from the outside opens the door without knocking? So if I lock the doors they can still be opened from the outside? That’s gonna cause problems. I had another customer open the door while I was in the toilet and didn’t even say excuse me or sorry. And then when I asked the manager what up with that they said they’d fix it. That was a month ago.

Marco at.the Huntsville store deserves a big raise! He is a very special guy. I stopped in last week to get food. I was having a bad day. My dog had been to the vet and was andnstillnis very sick. I ran out of gas while I was there. Marco, helped me out of a big bind. He ran and got a container and put gas in my car for me. He was very professional and did it all with a smile.
