Their online service to pick it needs a better system. I was told to wait since it wasn’t ready but after 15min of waiting and other customers ordering and getting their orders fast another employee saw my order on the side sitting there and then asked if I was waiting on an order. Can’t believe. I ordered right before closing. They messed up my order, I called in the morning and they told me come back in and they will make it right. I come back in and then they asked me where is the bowl….the food from last night…..they wanted me to somehow store the food they gave me last night, to bring it in 24 hours later as proof so they can take it back as it was still good food according to the female manager on duty….. I bet the health department would love to hear that in person. Should be shut down.

The staff was great. The management states there is dumplings shortage. So, I had to buy another bowl for a customer to get the amount of dumplings I wanted. Had they posted a sign it would not be an issue

They always burn the chicken !! Who burns chicken !! I’ve came here twice and both times they burned it and tried to cover it with the waba sauce drizzle SMH. I’m never coming back not even worth the money .

I got a tofu veggie bowl. It was decent. I’m still new to tofu, but flavoring was good. Staff was friendly, and the location was clean. Still take-out only, and bathrooms are closed.

Order 2 bowls last night didn’t eat them till today and I was left speechless. My bowl was half empty. Just look at this picture. Talked to the manager and all he did was apologized and stated he was going to start keeping an eye more on his employees but when in reality he was there working the shift when we got our bowls.
