It’s a 2.5 stars for me for this fast food in the Fashion Mall of Vegas on the strip. It’s Sbarro after all and not high end personalized Italian food prep. The food is acceptable as with any Sbarro. However, the staff honestly looked completely disinterested. I had to ask for cheese and peppers…I would suggest they are offered up front to anyone who is ordering. It was fine overall.

Sbarro is one of the places I eat whenever I come to this mall. I was able to get the combo meal and it cost me $10 about. The waiting didn’t took long and the line was short. Staff was OK in manners and polite. If you want pizza, go to sbarro. Plenty of seats in the food court of the mall.

I ordered 1 slice of pepperoni/sausage. I couldn’t cut it into smaller pieces. It was too tough (like cardboard). I asked for extra mozzarella on it,but was told that they couldn’t do it because the cheese doesn’t melt right. Very disappointed

Just terrible menu design – ordered Stromboli combo because the menu photo shows a Stromboli, drink, and salad. Come to find out AFTER PAYING that the so-called “combo” doesn’t include the salad??!?!! Would give ZERO stars if possible for false advertising

Terrible, pathetic. Went here one time a half an hour before closing. They were out of food. Closing means you sell food until you close. Today went here at 4 pm. Got spaghetti they had one pre made salad that looked like it had been sitting there since the day before. So I got a breadstick instead. Bread stick was stale and cold. Definately needs new management not to mention the tables were all dirty the fashion show really pretty much sucks to be honest

I went at 19:00 they close at 21:00 and I asked for a fresh Stromboli and the guy said that he was not going to make a fresh one. And he said that if I wanted a Stromboli I had to take the one that it was already made, the one that it was already made looks like it was made at noon. Horrible service.

Ordered a Stromboli combo and although it said it came with a drink and cheese bread that was a lie they didn’t give it to me, not to mention the Stromboli was incredibly salty and as a big dude that eats everything you know it’s bad if I didn’t finish my food
