Definitely worth a try if you’re craving a good cheeseburger. Burgers are made fresh and quick but might be a little small unless you get a double. To me the meat is the showcase of the burger for sure, and the bread took a backseat. Fries are crisp, light and crunchy too. Chocolate shake was rich, sweet, and filling. Overall the food was filling. I wouldn’t say the price was worth it. $40 for two burgers with fries, a drink and a shake. The place has a modern aesthetic with inside and outside seating but it was also a little dirty. Still worth trying if you like burgers.

Can’t go wrong with shake shake. Period. Yea, I said it. Food is always fresh, delicious, and satisfying. Service is friendly and professional. Restaurant is clean…and A/C is definitely working, so make this your Texas summer food stop. PS…There are vegetarian options.

This was my first time at a shake shack! I like that I could use the self-serve terminals to order. The restaurant was clean and well organized. The food came out fairly fast. I had the smokeshack and I inhaled that thing…it was so good! The fries are meh. The white truffle burger was good as well! We had the chocolate shake, as well as the dreamsicle shake, both were very good! I didn’t interact with the staff much but they were fast and polite. As far as comparing burger spots…this is well above and beyond In-n-out. I will say you will pay for the quality as it’s pricey. I’ll be back!

We had been to the location in the Stockyards before. The WestBend location is a tad bit closer to home. Food was just as good, the location is prime, the staff is super friendly, and it has a great patio with lots of shade.

I’ve been driving for 8 hours all the way from McAllen, Tx, I wanted to have a hot burger with a cold shake. That’s what I got here! The mushroom burger was so good. Crispy and the melted cheese just came right out after every bite. Thank you so much! The restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly!

Shake Shack left a lasting impression on us with its excellent food, exceptional service, and treating us like part of the family. As soon as we stepped in, the staff’s warmth and welcoming attitude made us feel right at home. Both Paul, the store manager, and Edrick, the cashier, were truly awesome, going the extra mile to ensure everyone’s satisfaction. Ordered 4 burgers, just regular burgers to go and when I opened them noticed they didn’t have lettuce and tomatoes, just a plain cheese burgers they were still good but need that extra flavor and freshness..
