Vietnamese sandwich with a choice of meat. Sandwich contains pâté, daikon carrots, mixed greens, cilantro, mayonnaise, and optional siracha. Meat options: roasted red pork (xà xiu), grilled chicken (gà nướng), or tofu.
Cơm Chiên (Fried Rice)
A stuffed box of fried rice. Fried rice is made of white jasmine rice and contains pork, eggs, carrots, green beans, corn, peas, and soy sauce.
Mì Xào (Stir-Fry Noodles)
A stuffed box of stir-fried noodles. Stir fry is made of rice noodles and contains pork, chicken, shrimp, carrots, and celery. Comes with sesame oil and fish sauce on the side.

It was a great dining experience at Di Da. I was delighted to speak with the owner as to how she came to Florida and opened this place. She is absolutely lovely and served us a delicious meal. Everything was super fresh and nice sized portions. Probably the best noodle dish and spring rolls I’ve ever had. Will definitely return next trip to Pensacola. We were able to eat inside the brewery I’m the cold AC. Good beers too!

Been here twice now and would have been again if they were open later. Best bhan-mi I’ve ever had! I just wish they had jalapenos. They have amazing noodles as well and they certainly stuff the box.

We randomly stopped at this food truck on our way back to New England. Glad we stopped. Great quality food and its a lot cheaper than anywhere in Massachusetts. The lady at the counter was very polite and friendly. Worth trying if you live in the Pensacola.

Delicious fresh food, amazing prices, great portions, and the best service! My favorites are the fried sesame balls (addicted), coffee, tofu banh mi, and tofu noodles. Everything is made to order, comes out super hot and fresh, tastes like love. Vegetarian, vegan, and pescatarian options. You’ve gotta try the sesame balls! I get three orders and snack on them throughout the week with the help of an air fryer, they’re my comfort food, I’m so grateful for them and Di Da.

Ok. My photo doesn’t do justice for how good this sandwich was! Everything was made fresh, and the bread was perfect. Crunchy outside, soft inside. The pate used is also very authentic. 10/10. I’m visiting from out of town, but will try to stop by a second time.

We ordered spring rolls (3), egg rolls (3) and a pork chop rice bowl. Everything came up to only $17. It was so much food, it feed two adults with leftovers. Everything was absolutely delicious. A lot better than most Vietnamese restaurant we’ve tried, cheaper as well.
