Ordered a large pizza with mushrooms, got a small one half mushroom .called the team, they yelled at us, hung up on us, tought it was legitimate to call us ignorant, and told us that if we want a different one we need to drive ourselves to the place and take it while we explained that I don’t have a driving license and this is why it was delivery in first place . Ruined our evening with their language and their poor costumer service.

I don’t make reviews often but tonight was a really nice experience and I wanted to let them know. I called and ordered a couple of pizzas late tonight and I believe he said his name was Sorin? Shlorem? ♀️ Anyways, he was helpful and most importantly genuinely kind. He gave us a great recommendation I would have never thought to order originally & I’m glad I did, we really liked it. I could tell they were really busy and it seemed like it was just him but he still had a big smile on his face when I arrived and had my order ready to go. When I got there I realized I had completely forgot to order the kids pizza on the phone and said it was no problem he would make it right away. Anyways it was a much different experience than I’ve had from other pizza places that seem like they don’t care and you’re just a number. Even though it was a quick transaction I just wanted to express my gratitude. The food was quick, delicious, warm and totally worth breaking my diet for I will most definitely be going to that Papa John’s store from now on.

Customer Service was beyond excellent! Food was hot and so so so so so so delicious! Everything made to perfection. The employees were so nice! We usually order delivery up at my mom’s so it was my first time in the store! Store was clean and following all safety guidelines. Highly satisfied and happy 🙂

This Papa John’s is incredible. The app is easy to use and shows each step of the process from prep to where the driver is. Delivery is super fast. Drivers are always so nice. Never any issues with any order. Food always hot at delivery. Food always fresh. So reliable and delicious they are my go to for pizza and wings. Wings are pretty awesome too.
