This isn’t the first time I have came to this location. Food is supposed to make you feel good and happy, while the food was good… the service I get every time from this lady is beyond amazing. I found the receipt with her name on it finally and I have to share. This lady needs a raise, bonus and so much more. She has been helpful in what I needed to order. She cares about the people in the car, she cares about the quality of the food. She just cares and she needs to be cared for. This company makes a lot of money. They need to take care of her or another company will and should! Cecilia, thank you for making this fast food experience rememberable!

Taco Time is a favorite and this location is great – food is always good, orders always correct, and Cecilia who works the drive-thru on weekday lunchtimes manages things like a BOSS – the line always moves so fast when she’s in charge and she’s super sweet and friendly – my best friend and I always drive away talking about how she’s our standout favorite and is a bright spot in the day. And all the other staff has always been lovely as well 🙂 We’re happy to keep visiting here when we want a fast, fresh, quality lunch.

Food tasted good, Staff was not super friendly and acted like we were an inconvenience to them. One thing I want to point out is that I don’t like places where they ask you ‘is that it?” Right after you order an item. You should ask, “What else can I get you?” Makes the customer feel wanted and will make them order more. That’s what the girl kept saying after every item I was trying to order.

I am a cook at home guy because of the quality of the food is more consistent. But this is my first foray into fast tacos and I have to say that this was quite amazing. The food was good and the counter service was exceptional, Gladys was polite and patient and I will certainly be going back for a return trip when I’m in the area. The restaurant is convenient to the park-and-ride here that’s frequently used so that’s a plus. Not to mention that this is the most eco-friendly restaurant in western Washington or the northwest for that matter. Everything‘s compostable or very little waste that’s originating from the takeout. Keep up the good work folks.
