Terrible customer service, staff is very unfriendly, and seem bothered to serve. Lots of people working with no one serving customers! Manager was checking temperature of food and didn’t even acknowledge the line of customers waiting. Fountain machine had no ice, all lemonade and fruit drinks were completely empty, and when I advised the staff their response was “ok”. They didn’t do anything about it. Dining area, service counters are dirty, food and trash everywhere. No receipt was offered and cashier didn’t say thank you or greet me in any way. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any Chipotle.

If I could give zero stars I would in this case. I got my 2yr old son a cheese quesadilla, chips, rice and an apple juice. We ended up getting rice two plan empty tortillas. Missing cheese in the quesadilla missing chips and missing juice. The store ended up closing. I called them after speaking to the manager for more than 10 minutes. He decided that he would make my son a quesadilla and give us the chips in juice that we were missing. My husband went and picked it up and brought it home and the quesadilla that he made is still missing cheese. This is the worst experience I’ve had with this store and the manager was not helpful at all. He was very rude and didn’t care. I’m adding two pictures. The first picture is the original order we got with the two empty tortillas and just rice. The second picture is the supposed cheese quesadilla that he made to correct the order still with no cheese.

I’ve been to this chipotle a few times. Food is good (avocado can be better), service is not bad, always friendly and I never had any issues. The only thing I dont like is that is not clean. The tables super sticky or not enough forks, or the bathroom is dirty. I think one person should go and clean up the place that will make things better. Also some other locations clean up when they are serving the food and in here it looks messy. I get it they don’t get paid enough but pay them better so they can do a better job and have a happier team.

I don’t know why I keep trying different chipotle’s, they are always disappointing. We ordered online pick up and they made me a bowl instead of a burrito and when we asked for them to fix it they were super mad about it. Even with the burrito freshly made it was still cold and poorly made. Food is not fresh. I always order the vinaigrette on the side and it was $1.50 at this place. I am happy at least they had it because normally they don’t at other locations. It helped drown out the cold poor taste. Thought I would give a new location a try but again disappointed.

Charged me for salsa I got on the side instead of on my Barreto and we absolutely filthy! Nasty food everywhere. And there wasn’t a line, plenty of time to wipe up your counter! Will never be going back to this location! Gross!

I cant comment on the food, but I can on the service…there was none. Myself, and a person in front of me stood there in line for several minutes waiting for service while the 4 employees in full view of the front chatted, sipped their drinks, and emptied the garbage. After a cpl minutes, the person in front of me left. I gave them another minute, then left. It’s like neither of us were even there. Apparently, they don’t need the business, because they lost two customers today and didn’t bat an eye. Don’t waste your time here. Go to a different place that might actually want your business.

Love this location. Food is delicious. Fast service. The restaurant can be a bit messy but they’re constantly busy so that’s kinda expected. I always recommend ordering INSIDE. Ordering online (at any location) I seem to get much less food and missed ingredients. So I prefer always ordering inside
