Stopped in here while in town for Chipotle because who doesn’t love eating here? We didn’t have to wait to long, my daughter ordered a sofritas bowl which she loves, I ordered some chips with my birthday freebie a side of guacamole. Overall good trip, just noted the area around the plastic ware needed to be cleaned up, other then that great store

Brett Hirst really saved my meal,other workers were cursing and screaming at each other. Brett stepped in and took care of the situation. He told me about how he does everything in the store, he seems to love what he does. He gave me queso for free he said that he felt bad since the queso looked terrible, he apologized for not being able to add new queso to the line.

My food today at this location was horrible. The rice was hard I could not consume, never again. Wasted my money had to throw away, very upset. Portion size for what you’re paying is very small. Will not return at this location!

The staff was friendly, but the place was really messy. I arrived close to closing time, so I figured it was just a busy day. However, when I got home and opened my burrito bowl the greens were turning brown, the rice was undercooked, and the steak looked like edward scissorhands had slicing duty. Honestly, it looked terrible.

Small like of 5 people took over 20 minutes to get through. Wasn’t even busy and was out of several items, they were scraping the bottom of the white rice, fajitas and pico. Ordered just a regular burrito, nothing extra other than guac on it. They couldn’t even roll the burrito properly, was spilling out the sides. Person made a huge mess of rolling it and basically covered it up with the foil. Since ethe placed the guac primarily on one side, all I tasted for the first half was guac, while the rest of the burrito basically opened up into my tray. Ate the rest with a fork. For a $15 burrito, sure it pretty pathetic.

I love chipotle but this location is truly abysmal from top to bottom. The workers hate their lives so it’s truly a depressing scene in there sometimes. I ordered double meat for my bowl and I barely received enough to feed a small child. If you love bad service, miserable workers, and being hungry when you leave, this is the place for you.

Absolutely no topping variety. Salsa, salsa, or salsa is about it. Staff is RUDE! I said do you have anymore toppings like how Moe’s has a variety of onions, Cilantro, jalapeños, etc… staff said “then go to Moes”.. and I thoroughly plan on it. Never again.
