Ya’ll this is exactly what the Vally’s have been missing! You know that feeling when you walk into your family reunion bbq? Yeah well this is the place except an upscale dinning experience. Everyone including the guest are smiling, relaxed, and enjoying themselves. From the live music to the highlight…the food. Everyone is welcoming, smiling, and here to treat you to an amazing experience. My husband ordered the fried pork chop with gravy on the side. It was Perfectly seasoned with a light but robust battered crust. The crust wasn’t overbearing but also a highlight at the same time. The Mac and cheese was salty, savory, with a touch of sweet combination of love & gooey goodness. The beans my husband says we’re banging. The chicken Parmesan was a surprise and a delight with meat sauce included. The chicken had the same crust as the pork chop but for me the meat sauce made it a delicious dish that danced in my mouth with flavors every where. The collard greens were flavorful and fantastic. Lastly, the mashed with gravy was like no other here locally flavorful and delicious. If you like southern home style food this is the only place I recommend. Can’t wait to bring my mother in law back for her birthday.

Everything was amazing. Ordered the fried catfish, mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. All of it was seasoned to perfection and had a homemade taste which is hard to find. Feels like your right at home with multiple people checking during the meal. We will return and have found a new Salem favorite!

Simply AMAZING!!! No other way to describe it. You feel like you’re being served a formal Southern dinner with a casual twist. You can pick anything on the menu (provided it’s available that day) and you won’t be disappointed. Gina’s does southern comfort food like Gra’mama used to make. Best Banana Pudding I have ever had… that’s saying something! Miss Peggy and the rest of the staff are so friendly and have unbeatable service. I wish there were more places like this. Can’t wait to go back next year!!!

My family ate there today for my mom’s birthday celebration!! The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Plus the band was pretty awesome as well. I highly recommend this restaurant and I ordered the fried & smothered chicken, with mashed potatoes with gravy, collard greens and corn bread. Soo good & looking forward to going back!!

Excellent food and would absolutely recommend the whiting dinner and cornbread. The service was great as we were checked in with multiple times and our drinks were refilled without request. Our family of four ate our fill for $15 per person, including drinks (sweet tea and lemonade) and tip. So happy to run across this family friendly restaurant, easily accessible from I81, on our travels.

I don’t know if it was just me and my dad, we’re from the south and when I saw the menu, I thought it would be a diamond in the ruff. The food was cooked good, but not enough seasoning, the mash potatoes were real, not instant. The only thing would be that fodd was not flavorful, I can enjoy just as much as K & W, not recommending. Gina’s Food with Flavor is outstanding in every way!! My family had the pleasure of having lunch at Gina’s and were so thankful we did. The entire staff is gracious, respectful, and professional. We were warmly greeted in the beautiful restaurant that has both indoor and outdoor seating. The catfish, spareribs, and cheeseburger entrees were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Collard greens, baked beans, yukon mashed, and mac and cheese were the sides we tried. Each side was delicious! Banana cream pie and peach cobbler were just as delightful as the entrees and sides. Gina’s food with Flavor is a first class Salem treasure!! Go there and ENJOY!!!
