I was very disappointed not only in the service but the food. The guy took my order which was a burger and fries. Right after with his bare hands he reached inside the freezer grab the fries and dump them into the hot grease. When I asked him do they wear gloves he stated not when we are cooking only after.

Showed up to pick up dinner after a long day at 7:40 PM on 8/15 and the doors were locked. Looking into the restaurant I could see one employee eating a burger and the other cleaning up. Both saw me and decided to turn away despite me trying to get their attention. I waited a few minutes and they continued to pretend I was not there. Extremely disappointed with the service. If your hours of operation are until 8pm, you should not have your door shuts well before that time.

GREAT FOOD!!! The fries were crispy and smooth on the inside.( I devoured them in the car) The burger was juicy and delicious. Also, they had crushed ice which if you know anything about ice is the BEST!!! The one man show was great to see! The gentleman was holding down the restaurant by himself and to you would not know it. He seamlessly placed and prepared orders with exceptional customer service. I will be bringing everyone back plus you can beat $11 for burger, fries and a drink!!!!! Plus there was adequate spacing and safety precautions!

The lone staff person was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Not sure why there is only one person working in the store. I arrived at 11:35a on a Wednesday. Ordered a turkey burger, but I am not a fan of thick burgers so I didn’t enjoy it. Wish I read some of the reviews before coming because I would have gone somewhere else. I won’t be back again.
