Bathroom was Filthy. I was afraid to turn the sink on to wash my hands. The floors where sticky in the whole restaurant. All the entrance doors looked like they haven’t been cleaned since they opened. Food was ok though. I’m just afraid to see what it looks like in the Kitchen.

Mozzarella sticks had no cheese inside and were hard.. milk shakes so thick u couldn’t drink through a straw.. only got 2 napkins one per person. Needless to say not eating here again.

Just sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes with horrible service. Drinks didn’t come out as we paid and said we had to pay for sauce for the food we ordered. Then the young dark headed lady working told us we were rude and shut the window in our faces saying she doesn’t offer sauce unless asked for it. This is my 3rd bad experience. Do better route 60 sonic or you’ll probably end up out of business like the bojangles did.

The server was extremely nice. The fries were really bad and the prices are comparatively high. The desserts/drinks are the best, along with the pretzel twists, tater tots and mozzarella sticks.

We missed Sonic and while we were visiting in Huntington, I think we went to this location at least a half dozen times for drink runs lol. Love the fact that it’s always half-price drinks in the app. Employees were friendly and we had no issues with our orders.

Got a corn dog and mozzarella sticks. Can’t recommend the marinara sauce. But the corn dog was good. As was the cheese sticks. Always ask for condiments (mustard, ketchup) and napkins.

If I could give negative stars I would. Waited in the drive through, at the microphone for 15 minutes, only 1 car at the window and no greeting was made. No exaggeration. I was able to make a personal phone call, they didn’t answer. So we continued sitting. I got a phone call BACK, not only that but had a whole conversation and hung up, and still no greeting at the microphone. Frustrated. We pulled up and we got the excuse that the mic wasn’t connecting….. they could have at least sent someone out to tell us. We ordered and our food was okay, but we asked for dipping sauce and they charged us! They dropped one while trying to pass it out the window. Just all around terrible and very rude service. ♀️

At the drive through speaker ordered a large strawberry shake and Oreo cheesecake. The girl said we don’t have large is medium fine and I said yes.Drove to the window to pay them she preceded to tell me they were also out of the Oreo cheesecake shake and replaced it with a different flavor. The girl that handed it out the window had a bad attitude poor customer service.The shakes were completely melted and tasted so bad we tossed them in the garbage two blocks down the road

We stopped in to order something to eat and were told she would be out with the rest of the order. When another employee came out, he only gave us salt and ketchup and we informed him that we had 2 meals that were supposed to include large chili cheese tots, and a medium with just fries, and they had given us a large and a medium chili and cheese tot, along with the full medium meal and all but the footlong chili cheese dog. He then proceeded to inform us that it was supposed to be a medium. He fixed it, and when he came back, we asked about the missing food, and he said he was told it was all in the bag with the corn dogs, burrito, and fries. A footlong chili cheese dog will not fit in a bag like that, and it is supposed to be carried out positioned properly. Had to go in, and she still insisted that we were given everything. Horrible experience. Now I have one, finally, so I can finally eat it before getting back on the road.
