We love the Raising Cane’s crew in Kerrville!! The food comes out fast and is hot & delicious!! We have yet to get the wrong order and we eat there a lot!! It’s always clean too!! The staff welcomes you in the door with a big smile and is always happy to take your order, answer questions or provide excellent customer service!!! This store also does a lot for the community with Fundraisers or tea donations!! We highly recommend you stop in for some fresh Raising Cane’s chicken fingers and crinkle cut fries!!!

The young lady that took my order through the drive-through was rude. Kind of felt rushed and there was nobody parked behind me so I didn’t understand that part. Then got to the window and her attitude was not good. And I’m not a person that does bad reviews but I felt horrible yesterday when I left.

Nicely decorated inside with a comfortable feeling. I was Greeted promptly and my order was taken quickly. I received my order accurately as ordered although it was difficult to get a water cup as they had no idea what to do when I asked.. The quality of the food was great. The taste And flavor was consistent with other canes restuarants I’ve been to which is excellent. While dining in it was difficult to have a conversation with my company because the noise level and yelling coming from staff behind counter was distracting and a bit obnoxious. Our table Was approached many times by staff asking if everything was ok and even took our trash which was nice. Overall a pretty good experience and I would dine there again.
