Great food! Great music! Only reason why i gave 4 star in service was because there was only one server and It was quiet busy for just himself so we had to wait a bit. Other than that he was very polite and attentive. Good location and plenty of parking spots!

I would give this place a 7/10. Like any other business they were short staffed which want an issue. They food was fresh and seasoned. The drink was not worth the amount they were charging. I pretty much got a water down snowball with a pinch of liquor.

This location isn’t up to par with the other locations unfortunately. Ordered a stripped down house salad with only romaine (no mixed greens or iceberg) choice of dressing but my thousand island dressing was unavailable and no cheese, carrots or cucumbers that are normally part of a house salad were included. Pitiful that Denny’s makes a better salad than these guys. My friend ordered crab fries which he enjoyed the fries but didn’t find the crab topping edible. Previously frozen jalapeno poppers were ok but nothing special and the 2 beers I went to order (River Horse brewing which is local and should always be available and fresh as well as Cigar City were unavailable) Disappointing but hey it’s a low end corporate chain restaurant outside of the hood, what do you expect?

The seafood wasn’t fresh (mushy crabs). I’m local and I order a few times a year but more times than not I have to return the dungeness crabs for not being fresh. This time I choose to not return just review and never order from this location again.

It was super slow when we went for lunch we were the only people there and yet there were four servers and a bartender who couldn’t be bothered with us. Sad to see it. The one soup that we wanted wasn’t available. And I had to get up twice to ask for napkins. Pretty disappointing. I wouldn’t be surprised if the place we’re out of business soon. Pretty sad since it survived the pandemic

I placed a to go order Monday . Was my first time there. Was skeptical about goin cuz ima local resident and I’ve heard mixed reviews. But I was craving a boil bag and it was the most convenient so I gave it a try…. I WAS NOT disappointed!!!!! I got a half pound of shrimp with the head off, clams, and sausage. With a pound of black mussels. Came hme made my own boiled eggs. I got the crab du jour sauce medium . Was priced priced well. Also came with corn and potatoes. It lasted me four days weds and Thursday I made ramen and poured it over top . But tht definitely satisfied my craving for a boil bag! Can’t wait to go bak and try their other menu items like the lobster taco .

I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year and I’ve never had any issues until today. I placed an order online when when I picked it up I realized that half of my order was missing. I ordered a 1lb or Dungeness crab legs and 1/2 lb of snow crab legs as well as extra corn. However, I only received 1/2 of each and no extra corn. I immediately returned back to the store and the manager wasn’t so helpful. She told us to wait and we waited over 20 minutes meanwhile the store wasn’t busy there were only a few customers. After a while I got my food and made my way back home, when I opened the bag I realized that there was no extra corn. Even tho, the manager said “ the corn is floating around somewhere”. Well that was a lie. Lastly, they gave me my additional cluster that I was missing, but didn’t add anymore garlic butter so the crabs were really dry. I was really disappointed and upset due to the fact that my money was wasted.
