I’m not allowed to share my views on here. Apparently someone construed my last review as me speaking in place of someone else. Rest assured that was not the case. It was my view from my observations and things still haven’t improved. I will not set foot in this establishment as to keep folks from thinking I am trying to do or say something for someone else. If the company really wants to know they can ask but don’t take this as a speak up for someone else because I have my own observations and thoughts. Corporate can call me anytime but I hope I never have it come back to me that I wrote this because someone else didn’t speak up or couldn’t. That’s what happened last time. Add on to this. There are certain people allowed to scream at employees and nothing gets done. I’m amazed some still continue to work in this environment. This is on 7/28/23 @I’m in here with my grandkids and having to leave because the atmosphere is not what I want them to experience. Again I brought them in here to get breakfast and hopefully have a good experience and certain people are just hateful. I really don’t understand. However one of the new guys whose name is Andrew is awesome. He was very cordial and helpful and courteous to my kids. I hope the atmosphere doesn’t ruin him. He’s a great asset. Add on; it seems people’s bills aren’t an issue either as shift leads get sent home because of over scheduling of people while some people always seem to get their hours. Supposed to be 38 to 40 hours yet it’ll be bankruptcy for us soon.

We live 65 miles from Joplin. My wife had a doctors appointment in Joplin. She absolutely loves the Whopper and was looking forward to one. She ordered one looking forward to eating it when she got back. She opened it and there was just a hamburger patty NOTHING ELSE.

Burger King used to be good, but something changed a little over a decade ago as the food is just terrible. The fries have never been good, no matter how many times they say they have changed it. I tried the spicy ch’king sandwich and it was probably one of the worst chicken sandwiches from a fast food chain. For one, it was not spicy at all, and the too much sauce was put on. The bun on these sandwiches are too big and when you bit in, you are mostly getting bread. Either the portion of the chicken has to increase or they need to use a thinner bun. If it weren’t for the coupons, I would never go here.

This location is the slowest I have ever seen. Took more then 20 minutes just to order. Every car was asked to wait in the line. It seems like they can not seem to figure out to multitask. They are always short of workers. I have given this location the benefit of the doubt a couple times. It has been the same each time..

I do not like hamburguers at McDonalds Wendy’s or other place and when I wanted one, I only like Burger King for the taste of the meat, the tomato and letuche, the crunchy fries and the staff very friendly.

Very poor service. Was standing at counter for several minutes before anyone decided to acknowledge that I was there, and as I waited the same thing happened to the customer that came in after me. At least acknowledge someone and say you will be right with them, I would understand that your busy but are working to get to me as soon as possible.

Burger King’s flame broiled burgers are amongst the best in fast food. They’re always cooked to order, when you order, not left in a warmer. Sometimes for this reason you may have to wait a little longer than some other establishments, but it’s worth the wait. There are some good offers in their app, although not as good as in the past & prices have increased. I believe their reward (crowns) system gives you much better choices at lower crown levels than any other fast food restaurants, meaning your purchases add up to more expensive burger much faster. All in all is a good meal & good value
