Matt was so helpful, kind, and was running around the entire place taking care of business with a smile. He was exceptional in every way, even though he had his hands full. He definitely deserves praise for all of his efforts and if it weren’t for Matt who single handedly took my order, brought my food out to me, and cleared every table, I would have rated my experience a lot lower. I do love their pizza but the dine in service was subpar, the outdoor patio looked like it had been through a rough night, and the expectation to have one person run the show is a bit extreme. I understand that hiring is tough at the moment but truly hope that this place gets their priorities straightened out.

My experience has been great! I mean dine-in and take-out are equally delicious! Few places have food that’s perfect for both adults and kids, with excellent beer and wine options, an artisan menu and a festive atmosphere. We will come here again and again as a family favorite! Definitely recommend it!

Never been to a pizza place that you can order alcohol to go. I think this is the new norm after COVID but this is still my first place going with this experience! I’m excited for the pink pizza box. It’s so cute and good to differentiate them with other pizza places.

I LOVE THE PIZZA!!!! I come here for lunch all the time. The staff that used to work there had excellent customer service skills. They always greeted and refilled your soda/water, napkins, chili flakes, and whatever you needed. They were fantastic, and I always tip them. Now it’s starting to feel like, why am I tipping these people? You walk, and it’s like you’re inconveniencing the employees; they take your order, give you a number, deliver your food/beverage to your table, and never see them again, which is fine. Just move your soda machine out to the dining room along with all the utensils and condiments, and ill get it myself like I do Chipotle and all the other fast-casual restaurants. The place is relatively quiet. I see 1 or 2 other parties when I go in for lunch. You guys had two wait staff, and I still didn’t get any service. I should also correct myself. The wait staff needs to work on their customer service skills. The chef always works hard, cooking the pizzas and preparing the to-go orders.
