31 years in business in Hanover, pa. I have not had a bad dish that I ordered. Always my go to for Chinese food. Honey chicken, with pork fried rice and egg rolls. All fresh hot and so good!

Staff is very friendly and polite. The egg rolls are not very good quality, but otherwise the dishes that I have tried here are pretty good for the slightly cheaper price of the location I usually go to. It’s not my first choice around Hanover, but is still very decent for the price of the food. Overall a decent place for standard chinease food.

I ordered honey chicken and it was the worst chicken I ever had. Way over cooked. I couldn’t even get a fork into it. When I did take a bite, it was impossible to chew. The fried rice was bland, no real flavor to it. Called to complain which I normally don’t do but felt it was legit. Had to have a 10 minute conversation with the woman telling me she was the one who cooked it and it wasn’t overcooked. I finally just hung up on her after her yelling at me. Did you ever see National Lampoon Christmas vacation and the turkey was all dried up inside? Yep, that was my chicken and it WAS severely overcooked.

I love this place! The food is always prepared well, piping hot, the oil is fresh and doesn’t have that icky burned flavor so many other places do. It is our treat to come here!

First time trying this place because I thought it might be better than other Chinese restaurants in this area and it is the worst Chinese food in this area and that says a lot. Everything tasted frozen and old. Small portions for paying for an entree not a lunch or dinner combo. Ridiculous prices and nasty food.

My wife and I have not been disappointed since frequenting this restaurant two years ago. Having exhausted all oriental cuisine options locally, Chinatown Kitchen has been the best with regard to both palatable dishes and service. The lovely couple that operate the business are genuinely and consistently courteous and meticulous.

The food was okay. I had a bad experience and will not be going back. I ordered a general chicken and fried rice dinner and the chicken was burnt. So I called to see if she could make me another one but it took a 5 minute long conversation to get another. I was extremely polite. She was almost yelling at me, acting like it was my fault that the chicken was burnt. Even though she made me another one I feel like I was pulling her leg off to do so. She didn’t even apologize I was the one who apologized and it wasn’t my fault.
