The customer service was horrific and I was the ONLY one in the restaurant with 3 ppl working. I waited as they kept walking past me while the food I already paid for was behind the counter. When when I asked for my food the person behind the counter said they didn’t know how to cut a pizza. Then I proceeded to wait for another person who just came out the bathroom I asked them to put hotsauce on my slice and they told me they’d have to charge me. This whole encounter lasted over 7 minutes. For 1 slice and a tea. Infelt like they didn’t want me there . No manners no welcoming atmosphere.

Horrible experience with this pizzeria. Ordered a Stromboli through grubhub to have it delivered directly to my house. When the Stromboli was delivered, it had green peppers inside. I have never, ever, had a Stromboli that came with green peppers. I coincidentally am genuinely allergic to Bell Peppers. I called the pizzeria and spoke with their manager, who informed me that I was the one that was wrong, and not them. They said that since the information was clear on their website , it was obviously my fault. I didn’t order through the website, I ordered through grubhub which DOES NOT state that the Stromboli comes with green peppers. They didn’t even take the time to listen to my complaint thoroughly before deeming me in the wrong. Will never buy from them again because of the horrible customer service.
