I’m literally here waiting for my pizza, the whole place is empty, a ghost town, the girl at the counter is on the phone, no one to assist even though there’s no one else here but me, there’s at least 3 people in the back, one person went by but was busy doing who knows what that’s more important than assisting the only customer they have, looked at me and walked away, first and last time I will be getting my pizza from here, which is sad because I find Pizza Hut quite better than others

The pizza is usually pretty good. Service not so much any more. Double check your receipts if you have a discount. 90% of the time they dont give it to you until you “remind” them.

Dirty restrooms I spoke to a shift leader or manager informed them the mens room was dirty. After I ate I went back and checked it out again still dirty and smelly sink,urinal and toilet where Disgusting!! They looked as if they had not been clean for days.

Incorrect order was charged for the full amount and did not get proper ingredients. Continue to call numerous times as I assume with the holiday season and a busy but did not return my call or did not take a message to try to reprimand my order I was fully charged and did not get what I deserve would not recommend this service ever again I would rather drive 30 minutes into have to use their service again.

Was gonna dine in on a Sunday night with my family as soon as I came a gentleman met us at the door and said sorry we are only doing take out. I’m busy doing paper work. I understand sometimes stuff happens but seem to happen often at this location and the one on Mesa and crossroads. Service is horrible always understaffed and employees are overwhelmed with work and take their frustrations out on clients
