Horrible service. It was around 1:30pm and my family was the only customer at that time. One staff was sleeping at the dining area. I waited over 10 minutes for my order (whopper and french fries). They didn’t give the french fries and drink until I asked. I had to go back again to ask for ketchup (not provided with the food). During the entire process, I didn’t hear one word. Pokerface all the time. My 11 yr old daughter went to ask for more ketchup. The staff looked at her for a second and then literally ignored her.

I don’t know why I still visit this location. Whether there is one car or 10 cars in the drive thru or parking lot, you’ll be waiting at least 20 mins for your order. This has been like this since the restaurant opened up 7-8 years ago. The staff always seems too busy (even when the place is empty) to give good customer service and no matter how many time I let the corporate office know, nothing changes.

I Love Burger King but I can’t believe this location is still open after the service I’ve received over the years. $13 for a Whopper meal that I had to wait 13 minutes for and they must have run out of tomatoes because there was none on my whopper. Get your act together because a lot of us like Burger King but you are giving Burger King a bad name. The sign always says “help wanted”but it’s obvious the owner isn’t working because everytime I go there there’s kids working the show. So why don’t you help out if you’re the owner and are asking for help? You can literally order Domino’s pizza and have it delivered to your house faster than you can go through this drive-thru.

The energy of the staff here especially Theo is AMAZING at this burger King!! I’ve been here at different times different days and the staff is ALWAYS GREAT moods! My food is always cooked right and hot! I love the staff’s energy of every shift every time I’ve been here because it’s not easy working for the public and they seem to never let that effect their great energy!!
