It’s definitely the worst location that I’ve visited in years. Staff isn’t motivated at all to please customers. Low on items and zero urgency to replace them with fresh food. You’d think that making fresh vegetables and keeping menu items at the ready comes out of their paychecks. One employee was making a 10th box of chips in the back. Meanwhile, they are out of chicken, vegetables, and low on other foods. This was during lunch hours. Not right after opening or near closing.

I am extremely disappointed with the online ordering and customer service at this location. I placed an order on the app 2 days prior to the pick up date and they chose to cancel my order 1 hour before the pick up time by sending an email saying my order has been cancelled. If they were not able to fulfill the order there was plenty of time to do it prior to 1 hour before pick up.

Portion sizes are always small. Food lacks flavor (have to add salt and pepper which I never do at restaurants). Drink machine is an old piece Qdoba is fine, but I’d recommend literally anywhere else.

Showed up to eat a quick lunch @ 10:45am tried to open door… it was locked. Looked in the window to 2 people working trying to stock there food. We got their attention and a young man looked to say 1 min with hand gesture. We waited over 20 mins for them to open the door at 11:01am. Had we known that we would be standing outside the door waiting this long we would have left and gone elsewhere. But thinking they would open in just a few minutes we waited that long. Meanwhile, we are a small business who has six guys on the roof waiting for us to bring back supplies they needed This cost us quite a bit of money paying out these guys to wait on us to get back. All they had to do was come to the door and let us know that it would be 15 to 30 minutes and we would have left. When saying something to the manager, she made a bunch of lame excuses, and they offered us absolutely nothing to compensate for all the time we wasted. This is not how you run a business at all!

This qdoba could be the worst qdoba ever. The food is mediocre and despite it being in a prime location, it’s never open! Ever. There have been at least 3 occasions that I drive to this store and it’s not open at 2pm on any given day. Figure it out please because I love y’all’s nachos. It’s also crazy how they can respond to the bad reviews but never actually change anything. Thumbs down from me.

Food is good, but the service is horrendous. Open until 8 means open until 7, because if you walk in at 7, the employees tell you they are closed. This has happened multiple times, so I guess it’s my own fault for giving multiple second chances.
