We serve south, Punjabi and North Indian (Desi Tadka dal, Dal Makhani, butter chicken) dishes and we make tandoori chicken, seekh kabab and tandoori fish. We have also started Outdoor seating for Chaat and Tandoori.Also serve different types of Indian chaat (Aloo Tikki, Chana batura), Tandoori/Butter/Garlic Naan, Regular/Gobi/Paneer Paratha’s, variety of Dosa’s, Uthappam varieties and house made samosa’s. On weekend specials we serve signature dishes such as chicken and goat biriyani, Goat Paya Soup and Makki di Roti.
Also we cater food to any birthday, Engagement, Wedding, family get-together or corporate parties and also we have own food truck named Desi Tadka Chaat Palace serving all Santa Clara counties. You could visit us there too.

Got one of their 2 “signature” dishes: makki roti with saag. The saag was anemic and tasted bad with too much salt and too much green chilli. The roti was undercooked to the point that I could only eat 1/4 of it. This after the guy said the order would take 15 minutes and I heartily said OK, please have them cook the roti well.

Tried methi goat curry and butter chicken masala. Loved the goat as the pieces were tender and perfectly cooked. Butter Chicken was sweet but just perfect. Mix Kulcha is a must try !!! We went on Wednesday but still the food was amazing. Will return again in weekend !!

I have been ordering twice a week for about three weeks before writing this review. Overall the food is freshly cooked, traditional and well packed. One if not the best chicken tandoori in the area. Samosas are reminiscent of the samosas cooked by Indian Grandmas delicious. Dal tadka is also great. Parathas and tandoori breads are ok. The orders may take longer but you are getting fresh food. Not chicken cooked hours before hand and warm up to order.
