Just don’t go here! They deserve 0 stars. I’ve never waited so long in a drive thru in my life, almost an hour. Apparently they do this often from reading the other reviews. Take the drive to the Hemet location for better customer service!

I was super disappointed with this establishment this morning. I checked online ahead of time and saw that they open at 10 am today. I arrived around 10:15 am to get a soft pretzel for my sick mother. Upon entering the drive thru I noticed that the narrow entrance would not accommodate my truck. I then decided to park and way to the entrance. The Door was locked and I knocked and waited for a few minutes. No one ever came to open the door. This whole time there was one car in the drive thru so the service is definitely not fast. I understand it was at the beginning of the day but they should plan accordingly if they open that early. Will definitely avoid in the future.

Employees were super nice/helpful and friendly!! The building itself could use a deep cleaning. The drive thru window and area around it was filthy dirty. I had a hard time drinking my drinks because I kept picturing the filth on the outside, thinking I hope the inside food prep area doesn’t look that way..

I found the secret for online ordering, go inside instead of waiting in the parking spots. They will actually have your order then, only waited 3 minutes vs a 25 minute wait at the car park (yes that did happen to me once). But they still got my order wrong, weird condiments on a burger that wasn’t supposed to have anything besides ketchup, and chili cheese tots instead of cheese tots. You have to ring a bell to get service as they don’t have anyone at the register, and carhops ignore you as they go out and don’t let you know they’ll help you. An “I’ll be with you in a sec” would have been nice, but total silence was a bit weird.

Went to the drive thru window and ordered 3 of the 1.99 cheeseburgers on the under $2 menu. The girl said they didn’t have a 1.99 burger, it was 2.79. I told her the sign out here said 1.99 so I will have 3 of those and I will bring the sign with me. She was at my car window before I could get back in my car. We aren’t taking your order she said. We have you on video ripping our sign down! The sign that showed a cheeseburger for 1.99 that didn’t exist!

We waited over half an hour for our shakes, she made us pay about 20 minutes in and still didn’t bring our shakes so we had to wait more and didn’t want to leave because we had already paid and didn’t get our order. Once we finally got it, it was so melted that the cherries in the milkshake had sunk to the bottom, not to mention the drink was overfilled and the lid was not put on correctly, so once the lid came off, the milkshake poured everywhere and made a mess.

I am not sure what’s up here but we waited nearly an hour for a slush and a milk shake. We were tired from a long day of medical testing and didn’t realize how long wed been there.. The few other people there also waited large amounts of time. They came out twice more to retake the order and finally gave it to us free. Other reviews say pretty much the same.

This is my local Sonics and they always take 20 minutes or more for a pickup order that’s scheduled for an “ASAP” pickup order. I do not recommend coming here as you have to wait almost 30 minutes each and every time! Very slow and the workers take everybody else that comes after you instead of the people that arrived first!

If u want Mickey to yell at you thru the speaker, get your order wrong, and make you wait 20 minutes this is your place. I was trying to have a nice lunch out with my son. We ended up going elsewhere so he could eat bc she only got half of our order.
