Very bad delivery time, food quality sucks, most of the time food is either undercooked or overcooked and the store doesn’t care you call to complain about it and u either get told we’ll there’s nothing they can do or you get hung up on or you get put on hold and never get thru.

I would honestly not give any stars if it were possible due to the lack of professionalism and cleanliness of the establishment. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone even came over. If they were busy I’d understand but they were standing around on their phones. When they did walk over to speak with me, so I could inquire about my online order that I had placed at 6:20, I was informed at 6:45 it had still not been started. I’m told this while the employee was still on her phone. The woman then walks away and WITHOUT washing her hands that had been in her pockets, on her phone, and touching the counters while talking to me and getting a drink to make either mine or another person food, touches the dough with her bare unwashed hands. And of course no one was wearing gloves. This to me is unacceptable and just disgusting that these employees and their management team find it difficult to wash their hands before making someone’s food, especially after the customer has seen everything that was touched. Not to mention the mess all round on the floor. I feel as if a health inspection is due without them having time to actually prepare and management enforcing proper had hygiene and the need for a clean work environment.

This is the worst place ever to work or eat at . Don’t eat here its infested with rats and roaches and we honestly couldn’t care less about our food or our customers. Where only worried about money and friends. The supervisor is a joke and the gm is a joke and the upper management is an even bigger joke. Oh sometimes we dropped the food on the floor and still stuck it in the oven for all you lovely people ✌️.

What is happening with this store? ( New Tazewell) This is been going on for many months now. I told my son to stop ordering from this Dominos because it takes hours to get a delivery or a pickup the wait it too long! When you call to verify your order they always say there’s only one person that’s doing the cooking and one driver. How is this restaurant still in business? They must not be paying their employees enough money to keep them because this is so out of control. Such a disappointment!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews. This Extravaganza was more like a cheese pizza. It had no Italian sausage or black olives and just a scant amount of veggies and ham. The cook was the same person running the register. Working alone, he probably didn’t have time to restock toppings.

Ordered a pizza 1 1/2 hours ago.. and e-mail confirmation said 22-30 minutes delv. After 1 1/4 hour I called and talked with manager to get update. Very rude said the tracker isn’t connected to store and all pizzas were on the road. But the tracker said ‘Jamie did a quality check at 6:53’. A made up Jamie??? Hmmm still no pizza. Soo disappointed. Probably shouldn’t trust people who lie to fix food. Called back 20 mintues later to check on driver and a lady said the pizza was still at the store and about to leave. Goodness .10 mintues later still nothing and I live 2 miles away.. I’m nervous to call again. I don’t think this store will be around long if keep losing customers. 2 1/2 hours, 4 phone calls and excuse after excuse. I had to cancel order and find something else for dinner.

Placed a delivery order at 4pm. Currently 6pm and still don’t have it. The app say’s delivered though called the store they said it’ll be 5-10 minutes 30 MINUTES AGO. the driver left with my order at 4:48. It’s 6:04…..come on man

My order was around 50 dollars worth of products and I waited around 2 hours for nothing to come. I placed my order at 10:00 PM, we called for a recap at 11:30, the phone was disconnected so no one could contact them, they finally picked up and said they were closing, after explaining that our order had never arrived, they said it would arrive shortly. After checking the order on the app, it said it had been delivered, but we never heard anything else from them after this, it’s a shame, the employees are nothing but lazy, as evidenced by the other 50+ reviews, and the establishment really needs to pick up the pace. In addition to the topic, the driver was apparently named “Jamie”
