Horrible customer service! Ordered online five days in advance and still had a 1.5 hours wait to pick up for Thanksgiving. Two people working there slow as turtles. Come on! Absolutely horrible. The ham was not worth it. Fatty and low taste. The franchise owner is clearly concerned about making a profit ONLY! We used to get a ham and turkey breast every thanksgiving and Christmas. NEVER again will we go. Look at the picture of what’s behind the counter. Disgusting! Ever hear of putting money where it belongs? Back into a business? They should be shut down!

Got a cooked ham once and it was great. Don’t really know much about the place but whatever you do, DO NOT park in their parking spots (3) if you are not purchasing anything for them , manager will send someone out to hunt you and order you to move your car.

Excellent customer service! Buy a whole, half or quarter ham. Just a couple? They have sliced ham packages for smaller needs. I got a pound & a quarter freshly sliced for me. Packed in a special bag. It can be kept in fridge for up to 10 days

This ham/food is definitely worth the money However I’m not sure if all the stores run this way but I waited a little over an hour and I had an appt time and paid online. They had everyone In 1 line regardless if you pre-ordered which made people upset because others that had not planned in advance were getting hams and turkeys that most likely were prepped for pre-order. I ordered 5lbs and got to the register finally to see they only had 1 ham at the moment and it was 4.1lbs. It was a complete disaster and I wasn’t waiting another 20 minutes for a 5lbs ham that should have been there with my name on it already. So I took what they had and she gave a free soup mix. They poorly planned that. If someone planned in advance there should be no reason they wait an hour!

I was trained for the busy seasons to answer phones, take orders and run the register. A visit for their delicious offers for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter will not disappoint. Ordering ahead is promoted. We will be giving you codes for your order(s), so, please, have a pen and paper handy. Your name(s) is/are not necessary. Just bring your code(s) assigned to you, when picking up your order(s). It’s going to be insanely busy, so please be patient AND tips are welcome, should you enjoy your experience. Ham was too small for my crowd so I ended up doing another, but gave the ham to a BIG HBH FAN as a gift-he cried, so GOOD DEAL! THE TURKEY? AMAZING!!! I Hesitated to serve it, I couldn’t stay off it. LOL. Again, Amazing . Love those Engelman knot buns.
