I love this Subway! They are always friendly and fast. It is clean and easy to access. If I am craving Subway, this is my go to. They have a good chip selection too!

One star because zero is not an option. Rude, rude staff – sandwich maker. Sign on door that they are short-handed and are only accepting online orders. Door is locked and only opened to those that have placed online orders and are there to pick up. That’s fine, no problem, I get it. But the rude, unprofessional sandwich-maker that opened the door, I don’t get. I’m not the only one who complained about this guy either. I left and went to the Subway at 2566 Shallowford Road for exceptional service – with a smile! Do not have the server’s name, but he was exceptional and I will now make this my Subway shop when at the office in the area!

The lady that works late night at this location is always friendly she’s a sweetheart and does everything just right. This is the Subway closest to my husband’s job and he was in here one night she got robbed they got robbed together with me on a video call picking out my toppings, actually she’s more like family now and she’s such a sweetheart. I’m learning to get my nourishment where it’s safe. Kudos to Subway for hiring the very best @ Melissa

I wish if I could give him half a star, I would.I love this subway, because its near to our place. Me and my husband frequently came here, specially on every Friday because of the tuna sandwich (which I love the most). But the other day, the so called manager gave a preferential treatment in front of us. Subway guy served fresh batch of tuna to a lady who came just after me but he made my tuna sandwich from last batch of tuna (mentioned the word ‘fresh’ to that lady). This place has zero respect for it’s patrons. Is the manager trying to deliberately prefer patrons based on their color of the skin? So, we stopped going there! In a good business ethics, the customer is always right. Apparently, that’s not the case here!

Seldom, to me, is something worthy of review. My memory fails me with names constantly, but, I believe Melissa(?forgive me!) served me this evening 1/15/19. Let me just start out by saying I was impressed with the service right out of the gate. Her hands full, full line, taking orders, making sandwiches/salads, and still made strong with her greeting and attention. The thing that really got me though… not only was she multi-tasking like a boss, but she was smiling and happy to be helping everyone too. Such a kind young lady!! If subway offers scholarships- shes the one it should go to- cause shes got “future leader” written all over her. You go girl!

It’s a young lady there now that works nights I think her name is Marissa or Melissa she’s has the best customer service I have seen this far. I mean I think it was a couple weeks ago she had a rude customer to come in her store and I think she handled the customer better than I thought. The customer was rude and the young sandwich artist kept a smile on her face and not once did she cursed the customer out. But she is by far the best I have came across and I eat at plenty of subways but this one and the one she was previously at Piedmont are the best. I only came back to North druid hills because of her so you know I love her sandwiches. I wish her the best and many accomplishments ahead of her. Because she truly is a sweetheart.

I extremely dislike this location due to their personnel. I will never go to this Subway again. I was so infuriated with the young woman behind the counter due to her complacency and complete lack of customer service skills. I requested to speak to the manager, who wasn’t there to help resolve the problem. So, I left the store without my sandwich. I called the store later, and I was hung up on four (4) times. Sad but true! Beware if you place an order because you may get an order of attitude for free.

Always A Star
This Subway gave me exceptional service, especially the Store Manager DeLaun. He went above and beyond to satisfy my cravings for the most tasteful, well put together sandwich! He kept calm during my hesitation about what particular sub I wanted. I’ve ate at many different Subways but this one has all the rest beat. DeLaun definitely deserves recognition and should definitely be over all the stores!
