Absolutely the worst sonic I’ve been too. I ordered a foot long tater tots with cheese and a sundae. Tots were black and brown tasted like fish,sundae was barely half cup for $3.29 and foot long was so burnt not enough Chilli or cheese.

We went to sonic at 9pm ended up leaving at about 10:15 waiting for our food. I saw 2 employees outside TWICE within that hour taking smoke breaks , the lady then came out and told us we’ve been waiting awhile and if we ever got our food we said no .. she then comes back out with a bag that wasn’t even OUR food so we had to wait another 30 minutes .. got our food and came home and the chicken tenders are hard as a rock . they made our food like trash just slapped everything on there . it’s like they forgot about us , no reason we should’ve had to wait that long and had to watch employees just taking smoke breaks. and it wasn’t busy either there was one other car .i don’t recommend this location (or atleast at night)

Anything fried tastes like old grease….they need to change their oil…like asap…and tator tots were super dark. Cinnasnacks were almost great…the faint old grease taste was still there. Philly cheese steak was subpar. Slushie was amazing!

My $10 worth of fries were super salty and not fresh at all. when I called to see if I could come back another day and get fresh unsalted fries. The phone didn’t ring bc it’s “busy”. Or refund would be nice. I should have checked before I drive 15 minutes to my destination but I SHOULD NOT have gotten salty old fries

I am normally not in this area but I just happened to stop for a slushy since it was Soo warm out. I was greeted with a person with such a beautiful and warm spirit. The name on my ticket says her name is Ashley. Ashley was the highlight of my day. She went above and beyond greeting and welcoming me to your location. She really is a treasure. The worst Sonic I have ever been to. I have been here before and had a bad experience but thought enough time had past for me to try them again but I was really wrong this time I didn’t even get what I ordered but the right pop and to be disappointed and on my lunch break and rushing back to work to find out not only was my order wrong it wasn’t even what I ordered at all. And $11 for a fast food meal is a lot of money to spend to not get what I paid for. Plus I was the only person in line and my food was still cold and greasy. And as I filled a complaint I was just offered a $5 gift card and not a full refund. I will not be back again.

DISGUSTING. Never order here. Got a burrito and there was BLACK SLUDGE in it that tasted like old rotting fish. Talk about food poisoning I’m about to get now. Tater tots were black and brown and smelled like fish too. Coffee I got tasted like they used an entire jug of creamer. Place should be bulldozed, horrible management apparently or moronic employees that never heard of cleaning something. Never had such a horrible fast food experience in my life.

We went to this Sonic about fifteen minutes before they were closing yesterday and they were the friendliest bunch. The one taking our order was very kind and friendly and the person who got us our food was super sweet! They checked that my vanilla Dr Pepper had enough vanilla beforehand, I’ve never had someone from sonic do that and it was the nicest touch! Very pleased with the server and the food was delicious!

The food is ok if you can actually get some service. Last couple of times I’ve tried the drive-thru and there’s just no one to take orders. I’ve seen cars ahead of me just drive off because there’s no attendant. Things were good before, not sure what’s going on with the staffing lately.
