Usually don’t have a problem here but recently I’ve been noticing they close their indoor dining earlier and earlier. I mobile ordered for “pick-up” at the counter on the app at 7:40pm, and arrived at 7:45pm and was told, “We’re closed. I have your food ready for you, but you have to go through the drive-thru.” They opened the door to tell me that but couldn’t hand me the food that was ready? I have now been in the drive-thru line for the past 10 minutes with three cars still ahead of me, waiting on my food that is probably now cold and flat.

This is usually a really clean, friendly, on spot, newer BK. However, today I was served by a younger generation, who although were friendly and knowledgeable in taking my order; I parked around the block to eat my fries, anticipating that warm, soft, yummy-ness, only to find they tasted as if the had been made first and sat there while making my Whopper. Booooo. But the burger was good!

Service can be mixed, either you get the awesome manager taking your order, or one of the ladies who out right ignore me if I’m standing at the counter. Food is always good though. Plus they have one of those really fancy soda dispensers that have like 50 flavors of drinks.

Haven’t been here in a while, probably won’t be back again anytime soon. My fries were cold and chewy, I ordered iced tea unsweetened, I got sweet tea. This is very bad for someone who cannot have sweet anything due to health reasons. Of course I realize all this once I get back to the office, lunch that I can’t eat. Very disappointing and frustrating.
