I love good cuban sandwiches and Villa Pinar did not disappoint. The staff here were supper friendly and the food is excellent for a fair price. It looked so appetizing we even grabbed som extra take out for supper! Highly recommended.

I came for the Cuban sandwich and stayed for all the other foods. Finally a Cuban done right. Portions were huge, quality was great and the amount of ingredients in the sandwich was perfect. The oxtail was phenomenal, tender fall from the bone and succulent. Shredded beef delicious and is a favorite from here. The steak sandwich was on point and not too smothered in any one ingredients.

Food was amazing. Sandwiches were big in size, and they used fresh ingredients. Empanada stuffed with a great amount of meat and juicy- not dry. delicious Shake- was a perfect combination of fruit and not an overload of sugar. The guava and cheese dessert frsh and also very delicious. 10 out of 10. The service is the only complaint i have. The lady was not welcoming. We arrived at 520p they close at 6pm and we were told we cannot dine in forced to take out. Left my empanada and dessert on the counter instead of handing it to us. Walked away to shelve sodas. If the service was better i would give this 5 out of 5. Order ahead to go maybe and avoid the dry service.

The hostess needs to take a course on greeting customers! Not even a hello or welcome or how can I help you? Nothing she just stood there and talked with a couple for 5 minutes while we waited. I have seen more enthusiasm from a dead horse.

I’ve only had oxtails dinners I love the way they make them. l love this place , however so many reviews on Cuban sandwiches can’t wait to try one. The staff is very friendly the price is in line with other restaurants.

Villa Pinar is ok. My husband and I won’t be going back. The service was great, but the only problem with dinner there is that it looks like the food bar is leftovers from the start of lunch. The food was not hot, it was the perfect temperature for bacteria growth. I’m guessing it’s better at lunch when it’s fresh.
