So I was in line for 20 minutes ordered $70 worth food. When I got home to eat it the meat in the tacos were like a paste,the tortillas were stale and cold and the chicken was rubbery. The worse taco bell I have ever had. Don’t go here it’s truly a waste of time and money.

Food was cold, way too much sauce. Nothing was labeled for ad-ons so no one could tell what was what. The quesadilla’s were not cut. No sauce packets were added. Just an awful experience.

The food is typical of TB. The service wasn’t the best we had to stand there for 10 minutes trying to figure out who was going to come out and help us from the line. They also used unflattering names for the staff that should not have been used in front of people.

3rd weekend in a row that we got cold burritos from this Taco bell in Oneonta. At least the other 2 times the person running the window was nice and had good customer service. This time the lady was rude while we were ordering, paying, and almost dropped our food because she wasn’t paying attention to where she was flinging it. I used to like this Taco Bell, now it is worse than the one in Montighetto.

Tonight I visited Taco bell in Oneonta, NY. I’m usually pretty happy with the food and service there. However, this visit was probably the worst I’ve had. First they were out of ground beef. We substituted the steak. I work at a local restaurant, so I get that. But then I’m sitting in line for at least another 25 minutes by the time I get to the window and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. My order came to $37.28 which seemed pretty high to me for what we ordered. So, I asked the guy at the window and he basically blew me off and hands me one large bag with “everything” in it after I paid. I asked for hot sauce and breakfast salsa. He rolled his eyes, grabbed a handfull of hot sauce packets and gave me a dirty look while dropping them in the top of the bag. No breakfast salsa. I get to my sons apartment and my crunchwrap is not in the bag, things are coming unwrapped and falling apart in the bag, and there were no tomatoes on anything even tho they were ordered that way. On top of that, they gave us the wrong burritos. It was super disappointing. .

I received this tonight I’m getting sick and tired of receiving these very poorly made. A lot of times I receive them ether not even cut or poorly cut, which is not a big deal but this is the worst one I’ve received, it was hard and burnt. It was disgusting.

Every time I come here they mess my order up.. wether it’s burnt quesadilla or two torn burritos.. getting someone else’s order at the drive thru window.. or like today get ignored by the cashier so they can do restock sauces instead of taking my order.
