Located on La Habra Blvd/ Harbor Blvd. Previously occupied by Juan Polo. Family owned and operated. Exterior and interior upgraded and comfortable and restroom handicap friendly. Also ample parking w/ handicap space in front entrance. Drive thru. The staff are friendly and approachable. Answered questions as first visit. Menu is very flexable for eat in or eat in car. I really recommend the bone broth. Amazing. My neighbors picked up when I was ill, and I swear better than antibiotics. I also enjoy that we now have authentic Guatemalan food here in La Habra. I enjoyed tacos. Cash/ card $$. Eat in/ take out/ delivery Uber Eats, grubhub. Family friendly. I even got to meet the chef. Food is awesome. Please support this restaurant. This restaurant is clean and one orders at the counter and you pick up your food when your device buzzes. Food is top notch and delicious. Had the birria ramen and it was very good. Tender morsels of beef in a savory red sauce (not spicy). I recommend Birrieria Guadalajara! You’ll love it.

I was a bit reluctant to coming here since I’m a super fan of birria made of goat but my hats off to this location. I love the service on how they prepare the to go ordering. The huge tortillas are on point along with the onions, cilantro and limones. The red salsa is hot so be-careful if your spicy level is low. La birria está bien sabrosa y las tortillas con los condominios perfectos para la porción!

Birrieria Guadalajara is one of the best Mexican restaurants if you’re looking to eat some handmade tacos de birria. I have been at their location in Anaheim and now at this location in La Habra city. Both places are great! The handmade tacos are BIG with a lot of meat, so be ready to eat or to share with someone. We also got a birria quesadilla and it was big and delicious. Also, the customer service was great and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

this is the 3rd restaurant of this chain that i’ve visited and i’m really happy because all 3 are just excelent. they sell beef birria. simply awasome. lots of flavor delicious hand made tortillas. a simple menu but the food is just excelent. the music is always a bit too loud but that would be the only issue. thw restaurants are not pretty but the food is worth the visit.

I enjoyed the trio, ( two tacos and a quesabirrieria) it was awesome the dipping sauce made the meal. The wife tried the birrieria ramien, the sauce and meat were great along with the hot sauces, it was a little dos appointing that they use a top ramen style noodle though. The service was great. We will be back to try some other things of the menu.
