The atmosphere is unique and inviting. They invested in making the atmosphere fun and very clean. I ordered the Carne Asada, the beans were on point, steak was tasty but the rice was a little dry and needed more seasoning. Overall I would return as my experience was very good and I left feeling welcome and appreciated. The atmosphere takes you away from Shelton.

Got ants in my daughter’s apple juice. They replaced it, and it was fine, but this place also gave me diarrhea. But that might also be because I don’t have Mexican very often. Had to ask for a kids menu, and I kind of feel like that should have automatically been provided. Food was okay, but overall, not the best place in my opinion.

Of the Mexican restaurants in Shelton this one is my favorite although saying that I grew up in San Diego with great Mexican food so I compare restaurants to my experiences there and they don’t quite live up to that standard but for being as close as they are to where I live it’s my go to. Drink prices seem overpriced to me. Any specialty margarita is $12.50 at the time of this writing which is way over priced. Overall if you are in the town of Shelton I do recommend them.

Came here for dinner last night with some friends. Ended up ordering burritos and dessert. Everything was delicious, especially the Flan I had for dessert. Staff was very friendly and even made a fresh pot of coffee for one of my friends. Will definitely bring my family here next time I am in town.

Always good! I come to Shelton every three or four months and frequently hit up this place. I think it’s very spot on for Mexican food, Jalisco-style (neither too hot, unless you want that, nor too mild), and am never disappointed. The drinks are well poured and super tasty.
