This location actually used the Green Romaine lettuce and generously packed with tomatoes and onions! What can I say love a well-made flame cook burger! Did I mention the geese and ducks across the street enjoy grazing for worms around this Carls location? Be mindful, slow down while driving in this location, we don’t want our feathered friends run over!

Went through drive through and ordered something simple. Chicken strips and fries. Food was Luke warm. I was ok with chicken strips like that bc I tend to eat cold chicken sometimes. But I did send the fries back. Not only were they not hot they were super salty. I asked for fresh fries that were not salty. They asked for the fries back which is fine but what they did and thought they fooled me on was replacing the fries in a different bag as if I wouldn’t notice the difference. I just took and drove off bc at this point I’m over it.i could find better customer service at a corner store

This is one of my least favorite places to eat in my area but it’s within walking distance and it’s right by the park we go to so we go out of convenience. There’s a really friendly and upbeat cashier in the morning that’s why I gave them 2 stars. Three times in the last 6 months I went here for breakfast and 2 of those times they made the wrong burrito. It’s like they don’t know what’s supposed to be in the burrito so they just make up their own thing. Today was so bad it made me want to leave a review. I was going to the grocery store right across the street so I wanted to eat first so I didn’t buy a bunch of junk. But rather then go here I drove all the way down to the McDonald’s on Ann but it was closed for renovations. So I thought what the heck I’ll get some Carl’s Jr. I spent $8 for two items and one was on the value menu, the spicy crispy chicken sandwich and the 5 piece chicken strips. You would expect for the price Carl’s Jr. Charges that the food would be a better quality then most fast food places but that’s not the case at all. The chicken sandwich looked like someone sat on it in the back to keep it warm and the chicken fingers that were more than $6 which you could get cheaper in a restaurant were all in little pieces like they cleaned out the fryer and dumped it in my box. There was maybe three whole strips and the rest was in pieces some burnt some missing the breading. I told the manager and she just said “let me go see” and never came back. When I got up to leave she looked at me and then pretended to be busy so I just walked out and took this as a lesson to not put convenience over quality anymore and stay away from this place. Update: bought a hotdog here thinking they can’t mess that up… see the photo, who in there thinks this is how the buns should look??

Very good food and service at this location and they actually listened to what I wanted for my orders and I’ve been here numerous times. Staff are always professional and accommodating. Highly recommended. P.S. That Big Carl Burger is everything. Bigger than any McDonald’s Burgers. The only thing were the criss-cut fries. The large is definitely not a large. Just stick with the LARGE REGULAR FRIES.

Horrible, Carls Jr. use to be a great fast food restaurant at least at this location. Bought a Western Bacon Cheese burger it was 0 out of 10. Now I know why they didn’t have any business. I will Never patronize this restaurant again management needs to be looked at. I would definitely stay away from this place.

Brought an order for me an my 2 helpers they suggest me to upgrade on drinks but instead getting a medium size coke j get a medium size cup of ice working outside and trying to have lunch and refresh with drinks didn’t work because of their poor service

The young man provided excellent service in the drive-thru. However, the chicken Santa Fe meal left much to be desired. The sandwich did not have any trimmings with the exception of the onions which were extra.
