It’s extremely sad that now Togo or online orders are a priority over those patiently waiting in line! If this is the new normal why not close the store to walk in customers and only support the online and Togo orders since obviously us waiting in line are not the your concern and sad even the employees say we can leave if we don’t want to wait! I don’t ever leave reviews… but the manager here was extremely rude this week. She kept using the F-word towards me and other customers, and refused to let people in 30 minutes past the opening. She said “I don’t want be in my F-ing store until I’m ready”. And continued to use the f-word to towards customers and other staff. The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful and apologized for her actions.

Every single time I place a to go order it’s never ready. I place it 30 minutes ahead of time and it’s always the same excuse every single time. I understand being busy but literally all 6 or 7 times i place and order online and it’s never ready. You all have to do better.

This is the worst Qdoba I have ever been to. I seldom write bad reviews, but I have given this branch more than 10 occasions to redeem themselves, and today was the last. They never have grilled vegetables, which is one of the reasons I have chosen Qdoba over competitor chains. They also run out of other staple food supplies. When asked if they will replenish anything they are out of, the answer is always no. On my previous visit they said they were out of lettuce, and when I complained, another staff member reluctantly opened a bag of lettuce. Never again. I deleted my Qdoba app, will take my business elsewhere. If you want Qdoba, don’t come to this location.

We did not get everything we ordered in our bowl and nachos. Missing ingredients. Wife missing 3 I was missing 4. Then on top we ordered by door dash and when we complained to them the said sorry nothing we can do and there is no refund available this seems to be a problem around here. LAZY!!! I was at this location and the restroom were not to anyone likings. My husband address the manager. But this seam to be a problem. He went to a worker on the frontline to tell him about the restroom. He did this in front of every customer. He told the yound man that when i ask you to clean the restroom you didn’t and now i have to take over and fix his food while you clean the restroom. We left it was very ruled and disrespectful to that young student he was talking to. Before when my husband told him. He said i dont know when the last time the restroom had been clean. I have been here quite a bit, and loved it each time! They have good food, and you get a good amount of food when you get a bowl. I love the chicken queso bowl with guacamole added. It is sooo good and the chicken was fresh and the queso tasted so good mixed in. The staff is good, they have always been kind and good to me. It seems like they are short staffed a little bit because they take a while to get through the line of people and the employees seemed very stressed on my most recent visit. They were all still crushing it and doing a great job with what they had!

We love this place. Everything is made there and nothing tastes like it’s from a bag or can. The place is clean and reminds me of a café. It’s a build your own dish place but with a person behind the counter handling the food.
