Never coming here again. I ordered hash browns and a sausage egg croissant with NO cheese. I payed at window then they told me to pull up. How do two cars behind me get there complicated lattes and bags and drive off while I’m still waiting for my SIMPLE order? When I FINALLY get my order I’m half way home I look in the bag and there is CHEESE on my croissant!? So I had to WASTE GAS just to go back and get a refund…NEVER AGAIN horrible first come first served is not a thing here. If they tell you to pull up, don’t pull up stay right there at the window till u get your food.

Service was bad, they didn’t have any of the food that we ordered and then we proceeded to sit and wait for food for half an hour. Upon going inside, I was informed that they had given our food away to another customer and no one had informed us. Getting money back was like pulling teeth.

This location is horrible. They are very slow when filling orders. The drive thru takes an average of 15-20 mins. Many times the hot food or coffee are cold. Mobile orders are never ready. It’s supposed to be a quick stop on your way to work or wherever you are headed. Only a few employees (maybe 2) know the meaning of courtesy. They definitely don’t like when a customer gets angry that the order takes too long. They feel they can insult customers who get bothered by their slow speed. I guess it’s too much to expect good service nowadays.

I used the dunkin app and I normally don’t have a problem but I decided to try the Mt. Penn location. First they didn’t have the order ready after placing it 15 minutes prior, they gave me the wrong donuts, the large coffee wasn’t filled, they didn’t give us straws for our other drinks & they forgot to make the rest of our food & made us wait an additional 15 minutes for them to give us the wrong kind of sandwiches. It was so unorganized and the workers acted like they could care less. Never again…
