The food was cold except for the chicken, it was barley warm. The food sucks even the dessert and fruit. The orange was warm, the watermelon sucked. I didn’t try any other fruit because of this. The fortune cookies were STALE. STALE i tell you. This was my second time going in 5 years because last time it was horrible, got a little better but not a lot. Still the same. The only good thing I like is there service, they were very nice people atleast to me.

The only problem I had with this place was the Hibachi chef’s attitude. I understand how difficult it is to deal with the public, being in customer service myself for many years. I believe she was having a particularly bad day. However, I did not do anything to warrant her rudeness.

Went for lunch. The air conditioning was way too strong it was like an ice box. Idk if their buffet wasn’t hot enough, if the food was sitting or if it was the air conditioning but ALL of the food was cold. Selection wasn’t great and lot of the stuff tasted weird or strange. Didn’t eat much because it was all cold even the stuff at bottom of the pans. Sushi was basically all the same ingredients just presented differently. Their fruit was really good, ripe and sweet.

I cant see how anyone rated this 5 stars as the food was mediocre and most of it was cold. Maybe it eas better a few years ago but I went recently and it was “meh”. I haven’t tried the hibachi so maybe thats better. The selection wasnt that great and I found myself walking around a few times not sure if I want to risk eating whatever it was looking at. The atmosphere was drab and uninviting but the staff were nice. Idk try it out if you want but dont expect anything amazing.

Manager very very rude. Screamed at my husband and son because they told her to put a better bigger sign on uncooked bar. My husband didn’t see sign and ate uncooked shrimp. Manager laughed.out loud and embarrassed my husband .saying so what. Never would go there again. Another one of my friends had a similar experience I don’t know how they get away with that kind of attitude. The board of health should check on their foods and restaurant condition. Rest roo.s had no soap how do employees wash their hands. I don’t recommend any of there food

They only put a few pieces of decent sushi and crab legs out at a time and not nearly often enough for the amount of patrons in there . It’s a buffet so no service except to bring you a drink as soon as you’re seated.Anything batter fried is mostly batter and little meat or shrimp etc.
