My son picked here for his birthday lunch and it was an A+ experience!! The sweet lady that took our order made my son feel like the VIP, brought him his meal with a birthday hat and talked with him, then what I assume was the store manager came by and remembered my son’s name when asking how his meal was. It made an impression on my 11 year old and reminded me there is still kindness and “love”. Thank you!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After being a frequent customer because i live so close and usually go to the drive through and pick up two three piece combos on days i don’t feel like cooking at home. I went to the drive through on Wednesday and ordered the two combo meals. I usually pay with my debit card and today i had $20 dollar bill. So i decided to pay cash and just seemed to have enough money because the combos totaled $19.89. As they provided the food at the window i asked the associate for an extra sauce. She said its .39 cents. I told the girl thank you but i don’t have the change and said ok. I was appalled that i had just spent $20 and they WOULD NOT comp me a .39 cent sauce. To add insult to injury i called and spoke to a manager and i did not feel any better after talking to him. I will never again choose to spend my hard earned money there.

Unfortunately need to adjust my formerly 5 star review down to 2. As of late, quality control has dropped. Our last few orders have had problems not coming out right. As we tend to order for delivery, it’s impossible to check it until we receive it. Ex. Ask for no fries double slaw, instead get double fries no slaw. Missing piece of chicken. No sauce. Etc
