Below average McDonald’s experience. The lines were long as expected, but the customer service was unexpectedly terrible. The employee who took our order was rude and unkind. He also spoke so soft that we literally had to have him repeat everything he said.

Location is just past TSA in the main terminal, so it’s a constant madhouse of travelers. That said, the food was hot and arrived at the counter just a few minutes after we ordered. Prices are a bit higher of course, but a shared lunch and a drink came in under $10. Good number of adjacent tables in the seating area, which was nice.

Ordered a Big Mac combo and it was cold and made wrong. It had two pieces of meat together instead of on either side or he middle bun. Made the burger taste different as a result.

Even tho the app said that the deals worked at location, the rude employee said it did not. And he seemed like he didn’t want to be a work. Such a bad attitude. Also tried to give me a small when I clearly said large meal, the wife’s spicy deluxe chicken sandwich also tasted like hot garbage.

This is a McDonald’s. That is about all that needs to be said. If you like McDonald’s for the food, then this place won’t disappoint. What is slightly disappointing is the airport food pricing premium you pay for this McDonald’s. The other issue is the volume of customers they serve, which leads to frequent mistakes in the orders (at least in my limited experiences stopping by this location for quick tea).

Got a Big Mac on August 4th around 11am, it tasted “off” I guess. I hadn’t eaten all day and spent way more than it was worth so I still ate around 65% of it. Next day, I have serious food poisoning. Beware of this location, the prices are as gouged as my stomach feels rn

In my opinion, this is the worst airport McDonald’s (at Terminal C). Sandwich bread tasted like cardboard, fish paddy seemed overcooked, forgot to give you sauces, the lady reading order numbers sounded like she never ate anything for the past several days, food took forever to get ready. You name all the negatives, and here you might experience a few or all.
