It amazes me that the rest of these reviews seem positive, great experience. Although mine was far from that. A simple mistake brought to the staffs attention (The white female manager on site) was met with rude attitude, unnecessary mean comments and not even apologizing. I’ve worked in management for fast food for years but this experience makes me question why I give these kind of power hungry managers my kindness. I won’t be coming back and I’ll keep the message going to my friends and family to stay away from this location!

Their intercom at the drive thru has been broken for some time so you order and wait at the window. Inside you wait a bit most times one cashier is doing both the window and front lobby. Yet the food is always hot and fresh and that’s why I give them a 4 I don’t mind waiting if the food is hot and fresh. I visit this one maybe once or twice a week. Closet one too me.

Adriana, Manager & Luis, Cook worked very hard and with a smile and excited to serve their customers. They seemed to be short staffed but nonetheless all customers received their order correctly and with the best quality BK can provide. Walked in, people in front of us said they have been waiting at least 7 minutes. I asked if there were any employees working , the young man working the drive window was ignoring us multiple times. Asked for the manager and were ignored as manager quickly walked past us to the back. The line was all the way to the door. Very sad customer service.

To the store manager of the Burger King located on 1101 S 10th St in McAllen. I want to inform you that you have a “Angel “ by the name of Rebecca working at your store . On May 22,2023 , My Mother and I approached the Driving windows and Order several food items for Supper. During the pickup at the window I became very I’ll due that my Blood Sugar gone done . Your employee was quick to react and attended to me by offering me and Orange Juice and some Jelly Items to quickly bring my level up . She was very attentive and seriously concerned. She went as far to advice me to remain park until I felt better. She should be recognized not only for her professionalism but for being a Good Samaritan , she went the extra mile to attend a person not feeling well. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to this young lady named Rebecca and to this establishment for having such an employee.

The only reason I visited Burger King is because Whataburger was packed with people (I wonder why?) Burger King burgers are soaked with mayo to the point that the bun falls apart. Where’s the beef? It’s in the pool of mayo trying to keep it’s head above water. The fries are not worth your time and hard earned money. They have this bitter after taste that you’re either going to throw away or force feed yourself. Sorry BK but your QC guy doesn’t seem to care what the customer is being served. The only thing you can count on at our local BK’s is consistantly bad food. Sorry, but I get to complain since I paid for the darn meal.
