I came here during my vacation to Essex during the Columbus Day weekend. The staff here were very friendly, funny, and had quick service. I had a complex order and they got it perfectly correct. It came out quickly and it is nice that it is in a convenience store.

They filled up my hot chocolate cup only 3/4 of the way and I asked why they didn’t fill it up and the guy claimed that “the hot chocolate machine only fills it up a certain amount and we can’t add any more,” which was a complete lie, because then another employee took the cup and filled it up for me. This company makes so much money and they have a problem filling up my cup to the expected amount with hot chocolate. Seriously? I ordered 14 flz of hot chocolate. Not 10 flz. I’ll be going somewhere that doesn’t cheat me for a cup of hot chocolate.

Food is always cold and whenever I order a drink it’s not even 3/4 full in the cup. I pay for the drink and don’t even get a fair amount let alone be treated with the amount of respect I deserve when I nicely ask why it is the way it is. Very disappointing.

I am a daily Dunkin girl, but this location sucks. They screw up my drinks and orders every single time we go there, and I now drive out of my way in the morning just to go to a different one. The morning workers are SO rude and pay more attention to or complaining to each other than their customers to the point they forget what they were doing in the first place. If you hate your job that much or can’t handle customer service go get another job!

Everytime I go to this dunkin it is terribly slow and they always mess up my order. Takes me 10 to 15 minutes to get my coffee somtimes. Workers have no work ethic amd laughed when I complained about getting the wrong order. Go to the dunkin in deep river instead they are much better there and i will drive the extra time to go there because the centerbrook one is just terrible. I hope the manager sees this review and fixes this place.

Good staff for a small Dunkin. This Dunkin is part of the Shell store. There isn’t any place to sit and chat with your fellow coffee drinkers. There is seating outside at several tables. But these are close to the parking lot, and you will share the area with cars coming and going.
