Went through the drive thru, ordered wings n things with boneless tongue torch sauce. What I received was unsauced boneless wings and chicken tenders with no sauce, I noticed after getting home and I decided to go back, after explaining my problem they handed me a sauce cup of tongue torch without an explanation or even at the very least an apology, on top of this they refused to remake my order even though it was untouched and now cold. I was disappointed because this used to be a good location and over the last few months has declined, won’t be returning!

Have eaten there twice now, and both times, the food was great. I have never really cared for Zaxbys because I found the chicken to be dry. But this location, the chicken, is moist and cooked to perfection.

Lately I regularly either don’t receieve zax sauces I PAID for let alone the ones that should come with the meal. Or they have been punctured and still given to me. If you’re getting wings it’s hit or miss on whether you will get so little sauce on them that there are large dry portions or they are literally swimming in sauce.

I had an issue with my drive through order so I called and spoke with the manager. (1/18/23 lunch) I wish I remembered her name but she went above and beyond to make it right. It was the middle of lunch rush and she still made a point if making the correction. This manager is an asset to your restaurant! She gave excellent customer service!!
