Slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered an Americano with soy milk. Waited for 10 minutes as the only person in the store, while the two workers made a bunch of mobile orders that just sat there the entire time. When I finally got to my car, I discovered that they hadn’t actually put the milk in and had to go all the way back in to have them make the correct order. Should have taken 3 or 4 minutes, but took 20!

I’m frustrated, I called Starbucks 5 times and they never answered the phone. What company doesn’t answer the phone during business hours! No the call wasn’t in waiting and i spread each call out by a couple minutes. That mean 10/12 minutes of ignoring phone calls.

90% of the workers there are so slow. I waited 45 minutes for a small vanilla Frappuccino. No one has any sense of urgency here. So don’t count on being able to get a quick drink before your next class. And their smoothies are terrible. They taste like they’re made with old bananas.
