First time trying this location. Ordered online. Got home and the quality of the food was awful. Old stale super salty fries. Chicken coated in oil and soggy as well as cold. No gravy with the mashed potatoes. We got NONE of the sauces we ordered. Biscuits were as hard as a rock. Never coming back here.

I had taste for a steak sandwich but the place with the delicious riblets and steak sandwich were closed :/ so my husband and I decided to go to KFC in Dekalb. The food wasn’t salty it was actually decent with the exception of the thigh not cleaned UGH (please train the cook to clean the fat off the chicken). The cashier forgot my wedges and cookie with the $5 box but he was nice about it (apologizing)..

I ordered a 16pc meal. No biscuits were given. I waited 1 hour for mac n cheese and they gave me small bowls that I have never seen before but charged me full price. I am beyond mad.. Get your act together.

There food used to be great . Don’t know what’s going on but last 2 times there it was over cooked greasy and bad been going there for years . Never go there again!! They have gotten nas bad as Popeyes in dekalb. Worst I’ve ever been to. Looks like they have Popeyes employees working there.

Placed an order for pickup online, when we pulled up we were told we needed to cancel our pickup order because they were out of all chicken. I told them that it doesn’t give me a cancel option. They told me there was nothing they could do on their end. KFC isn’t emailing back or answering any calls, but yet took the money for an order that wasn’t fulfilled.

Stopped by today and grabbed some lunch. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the service and food. The customer service was fantastic. Unfortunately i don’t have names, but the young lady in the drive thru was cheerful and polite and the manager was also very nice and cheerful. In addition the food was delicious. Thank you both for the outstanding experience.
