Picked up a 5 piece tender meal and 2 piece combo for dinner. Only 4 tenders in the box, one of them completely undercooked and raw in the middle. 2 piece was not crispy. Fries were already cold. This place needs to be shut down.

Stopped by KFC tonight (8-9-22 around 6pm) and endured a series of NO’s…NO we do not have Dr. Pepper right now, NO we can’t do this, NO we can’t do that, NO we can’t give you a refund, NO we can’t make things right for you as our customer. I am a nice person, but was treated with “contempt” by a couple of high school kids who already are so banal and “over it” in life. Sadly, their lives have not even really gotten started yet and with their flat, blah, negative attitudes…things are probably not going to go very well for them in life as they one day navigate the world beyond Weatherford, Texas. The young male worker (with honey colored hair and light eyes) even slammed the window in my face (as mentioned in another review) and verbally mocked me when I spoke. Presently, these two employees are not contributing anything of value to your business and need to be written up or removed. The manager needs to teach these kids that just because a customer brings back food does not mean that the employees should “personalize” it. The customer is not automatically “the enemy” just because they have a complaint. A return is not “personal”— Issues with meals are “usually” just about the food and happen all of the time in the restaurant business. All that these two “disrespectful” employees had to do was replace my chicken or refund my money so I could be on my way. Again, all I wanted was for them to replace my two pieces of chicken because they were laying in a pool of grease so thick that the bottom of the box was falling apart (see photos). The greasy chicken was also placed “on top” of both the biscuit and the fries and everything was just slopped together in a box, which looked disgusting. I do not like a soggy biscuit and even soggier fries…sorry. KFC would rather have a bad review than replace my meal or give me a refund (on the spot) so here it is, your well-earned “one star” review. The female shift manager (with the long braids) told me to call Lawrence, the manager, tomorrow for my refund. I got the impression that Lawrence would have “her” back instead of mine, the customer. These two kids were very confident that they would not be held accountable for their actions and could therefore treat the customers however they wanted to. Moreover, I had to throw the food away and come up with another idea for dinner tonight because of the employees rude behavior and unwillingness to refund or replace the subpar, slopped together meal. Stop treating your customers with such disdain!

The past couple of times I have been has been horrible. It use to be good but not anymore and the chicken is not crispy and the pot pie was mostly crust nothing on the inside. They need to stop changing stuff and go back to the old way. Way over priced for the quality.

Ordered kids popcorn chicken, and got a container full of fried breading. Not a single bit of chicken in the whole box! Kids meal had applesauce and dip listed on the reciept, but they were missing from the bag. So my son basically had burned fries for dinner.

3rd time is not a charm. They close early often (30 minutes or more). They make people that choose to come inside wait until they fulfill all the drive-through orders no matter when they drove up. Rude staff is always complaining about being understaffed. Do not go to this location unless you want to spend an entire day waiting for one order. Too bad Weatherford can’t get anyone to manage the store.

We got the four piece chicken meal…The pieces of chicken were so small, makes me wonder if the chickens were baby chicks! We used to love KFC…now just feel like we’re being “ripped off”. Very disappointing. Won’t be going back.

I’m surprised by all the negative reviews! The lobby was open, I went in, and it was a very clean store and the ladies working were very nice. Nice perk is the tea was good, unlike a lot of places in Weatherford. I went in the afternoon. Food was decent.
