Chain pizza is never going to be 5 stars, but this was one of the better pizza hut pizza’s I’ve eaten recently. Floor was a little dirty, and they seemed understaffed, but I got my food exactly as ordered, it tasted great, and I was in and out in no time!

Our pizzas was disappointing to say the least. There are a lot of factors to this issue, but it starts with the fact that the website prices are insane. A pan pizza is now $7 extra to equate for extra cheese? Excuse me, I’ve bought 1000’s of pizzas from Pizza hut in my lifetime and where in there is extra cheese? The price shows $1 when you go through to choose your crust type. Then you get to the payment screen and see $7 more. It was $8 for stuffed crust. Again, advertised as being $2 more when you see it in the crust options.. and even $6 more for hand tossed, and it shows there it is a crust that does not charge extra. No thanks.

It tasted good but for almost $17 the large was not very large (in my opinion). They also didn’t cover it with toppings very well and by that I mean there were large areas of crust along the edges where toppings should have been. This won’t deter me from eating there again but it just wasn’t as good of an experience this time around.

My order was incorrect this time. I ordered a brownie but received a cookie. I asked for extra sauce on both pizzas, one had extra and the other almost none. I appreciate the free bread sticks for my birthday however.

Received the order exactly how it was placed, quick and friendly service. Pizza was ready for pickup quicker than confirmation said. Toppings were spread out on pizza evenly.

We stayed in Prestonsburg over Memorial Day weekend. We got in late Friday night and ordered delivery to our hotel room around 11pm, the food was really hot and so fresh! The cheese was actually stringy as you bit into the pizza slice and the breadsticks were so warm and soft, best of all they were there in less than 30min. We expected the food to be lukewarm at best and gosh were we pleasantly surprised. We will for sure order when we’re in the area to visit again!
