Very rude service! Waited at the drive thru menu for more than 5 minutes. Person came on speaker telling me to give my order when I was ready. Then interrupted me to tell me he was talking to someone else. I was giving my order and was told to repeat myself that he couldn’t hear me. I spoke louder and slower so I could place my order. Then was refused service because he said I didn’t have to talk to him like he was slow. I then said I wasn’t that I was just trying to make it clear to be heard. He told me to go somewhere else! This happened in Fayetteville TN. I will not be back since service gets refused and is rude. This is why it’s going downhill anyway!

Rude employee when ordering, ordered Kystal spicy chick meal. Fries old and cold the chicks where super dry and old, buns dried out. I tried to call and explain all this and was hung up on. Absolutely unacceptable, esp. For a lunch over 10 dollars.

Love this place! The manager there tonight had nerves of steel when customers were yelling and cussing her bc their card got declined. Not her fault but they acted like it was. She was pleasant and great and kept apologizing to me and gave me a free drink bc of the whole situation. People really need to learn how to treat fast food employees better! If everyone quits ff bc of how they’re treated then we won’t have good places like Krystal anymore!

Rude staff and long wait times. Who wants to wait 30 minutes for Krystal in a drive thru? The doors were all locked at 1:00 in the afternoon, no other customers in sight. Will not be back and it makes me question all Krystal locations.
