A person who Raised in Hongkong, I can confirm this is not authentic hong kong food. The signature hk dish : beef chow fan taste sweet and wet, instead it should be savory, stir fried.

This place keeps my husband and I alive with their quality Chinese food … Specifically the Singapore rice noodles and ma Po tofu. Plus they do free crab Rangoon with Orders above $45. You really can’t go wrong with anything here for your late night Chinese food needs (or regular hours). Very friendly staff, too.
