Food was mediocre – not the best chicken sandwich i have eaten. Sandwich bread slices were slightly burnt. They were out of peach iced tea, though the sign in front was advertising it. Had to look for a clean table to seat the three of us – didn’t see one that had been wiped off. Though interior was dark, it didn’t look clean or well maintained. Utensils were behind the counter, which didn’t make sense, considering that we were not given any in our bag, and I had to get up and go to the counter and ask for them. One of the cashiers was rude and didn’t seem interested in providing good service. This will likely be my last trip to this location, or to any other Zaxby’s.

This may surprise an establishment that specializes in chicken wings but people WANT SAUCE ON THEIR WINGS!! I’ve asked for extra sauce on my wings the past three visits and I’ve got the most flavorless, dry piece of chicken I’ve ever eaten. I’ve eaten 20 year old MRE chicken while in the Marine Corps that had more flavor than what they serve. I would definitely recommend avoiding this Zaxby’s. They literally have a list that tells them EXACTLY what to do and yet they STILL manage to get it wrong. Absolute garbage restaurant.

Food was ok. The tenders didn’t have much meat to them, but the boneless wings were good. We had trouble finding a clean table, even though they weren’t at all busy. We ended up taking the cleanest we could find.

I had a very bad experience with the first time ever ordering from Zaxby’s. Lots of items were missing drinks etc. And other things were wrong as well and I wasn’t going to leave a bad review due to the fact I emailed and messaged the company the night I ordered it and still here we are 3 days later and no response for them at all. Very disappointed after all the good things I heard about Zaxby’s but my experience was very poor.

This is the worst Zaxby’s I have ever been to. I’ve been multiple times hoping my experiences were isolated incidents. Unfortunately not. They are consistently slow, often rude and the quality is terrible. My food has looked like someone took a bite of it or stepped on it. Definitely not a fan of this location.

I placed an online drive through order. When I pulled into the drive through I was told that I HAD to come inside because that is their policy. Why was I able to place an online drive through order then? After I explained that I was not coming in due to a physical issue that I currently have, the teen girls at the drive through window began snickering, rolled their eyes and started mumbling who knows what. I asked them to please bring my order out to me just like they had the previous person in front of me in line and it was like the world was coming to an end. The “manager on duty” told me she didn’t have to serve me anymore, accusing me of calling people names, etc., etc. And as I expected, the food was wrong. No sauces, cold chicken tossed in the wrong sauce, cold loaded fries with no bacon or ranch, cold bread, and not napkins or utensils. This place needs new management ASAP! The people running this place are despicable at best. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Unfortunately, this is what I have come to expect these days. Very few people take pride in what they are doing. At least try to do your job half way decently. Really sad.

I ordered some wings last Saturday in the drive thru and when I got down the road they were so burnt you couldn’t eat them. This was the second time this happened so I went on their website and left feedback. They said they would have someone contact me but that never happened. Don’t bother with them. They are over priced and apparently will serve anything just to get you out the door.
