So I am one of those weird people who still eats something from Hardee’s besides breakfast. And this particular location is terrible. I have never gotten a burger from this place that had the cheese melted on it. The fries are never fresh and it takes someone at least 15 minutes to even greet you on the intercom. Then on top of that they want to pull you up so they don’t mess up their drive-through time and still take 30 minutes to give you your food. No thanks.

3 cars in front of me, and I sat in line for over 15 minutes. The car in front of me pulled out of line and left. The cars were lined out to the street, and by the time I placed my order, all had driven away except for one car. They seemed to do only one car at a time instead of taking orders so inside staff could make sandwiches prior to getting to window.

The manager was filling out the application for 2 younger girls. If they can’t do their application I doubt they can do their job. Plus she should not be sitting down with nobody at the front counter. The drive thru person had to give me what I needed. Also their gravy has clumps in it. If you order a butter biscuit make sure you say on a light biscuit because it will be hard.
